The route takes the obvious crack and gulley line on the right hand side of the front face of the main buttress, that is surrounded on either side by the chopped bolt stubs.

The thin crack at the bottom can be lay-backed on crimps to catch the rounded hanging flake above. Get stood up then make an awkward move up (don’t use the tree but you’ll probably have to pull on turf!) to gain the vegetated ledge. From here it’s an easy climb up the gulley.
