This small quarry on the side of Kit Hill (the highest point in the Tamar valley), has a few established routes. They don’t seem to have seen much traffic in recent times though, and could really do with a brush off.
There is a small buttress on your left as you enter the quarry, which is much used by local climbing centres. The majority of the recorded climbs however, are situated over the flooded base of the quarry.
The quarry is easily accessible from the A390 Callington to Tavistock road, not far out of Callington itself.
